Partecipation: open to all F.C.I. - U.D.A.C.E. licensed or other Promotional sporting Entities if they have their own sporting-medical qualification to an agonistic cycling practice. Open to all foreign cyclists regularly admitted to their own Cyclist-Federation for year 2009 recognized by U.C.I.. Open also to all people between 15 and 18 years old and older than 65 but they MUST choose the Medio race of km. 122. If you’ll be not able to show or to prove your membership card/pass/license, you should have a specific medical certification stating you are able to attend to agonistic races so that you can do a daily card, of FCI, costing € 5 and covering an insurance during the race.

For groups entry you may send a list of the members, on club’s headed paper signed by the club’s president, with all required above data for each person, attaching copy of the total payment.

3) Directly at Palaghiaccio di Feltre from 12.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. of 19th June 2009 and from 09.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. of 20th June 2009, with increased fee.

Pectoral distributions and license control: Palaghiaccio di Feltre from 12.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. of 18th June 2010 and from 09.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. of 19th June 2010

Refunded fee: in the case of no participation, the fee cannot be refunded. In case of impossibility, due to be comunicated by fax within midnight of 18.06.2010, the complete fee can be used for the inscription of 2011.

Routes: participants are free to select the route best suited to their ability also during the event, always respecting the check-points along the race with penalty of exclusion from the ranking.
Gran Fondo Sportful is a event Agonistic/Competitive/”Ciclosportivo”, for that reason is in force the complete respect and observance of the lows of the road codes.

Gates maximum times: Cencenighe 2.00 p.m.

- Firsts 3 women of ranges:
W1 19/34, W2 35 and further (gran fondo and medio).
- Black Jersey for last position.

Clubs ranking: The clubs ranking depends on the number of racers regularly started.

Helmet: Necessary

Medical Assistance : 10 ambulances, 15 cars, 15 doctors and paramedical staff qualified

Mechanical Assistance :  cars and various points the two routes long.

Private Assistance : It’s not allowed any private assistance along the race, with disqualification penalty. It’s allowed the running-filling by the official filling-stop point (see below filling-stations).

Filling-station Medio Fondo : Tiser (F.lla Franche) km 43 – Fiera di Primiero km 78 - Sorriva (only water and enervit), arrival and pasta party

Event cancellation : If, for act of God, the event shouldn’t’ have been place, the organization would reimburse half inscription fee or would maintain it valid for half fee of 2010 edition.

Necessary tools for racers: • Set tools changing tyre .
• An inner tube on stock;
• A pump;
• A water bottle.

All racers all race long MUST wear the regular helmet and keep the pectoral and bike number well visible


Service: BTS massages Shiatsu massages.
Showers service by Palaghiaccio of Feltre.
Car collecting eventual dropouts.


Claims: Eventual claims must be presented to the Panel following the regulars terms and with F.C.I fee included..

Rules: The organization declines every responsibilities for accidents or damages to persons, animals and things would happen before, during or later the race. All racers must respect normal street rules. Regarding what is not stating in the present rule is in force that one of F.C.I. .
